With ABC, it's time to take climate action.
The latest IPCC reports show that all members of society must take action if we want to keep global warming below 1.5°C. There is no time for hesitation.
Whether you are a non-profit, a public institution, an SME/VSE, or a large company, your role is essential in accelerating the low-carbon transition.
Join the tens of thousands others that already trust the Bilan Carbone® methods and tools.
As an organization, you have the power to accelerate the transition.
You are not alone. It is by acting collectively that we will be able to bring about ecological, economic, and social change. Of course, not all organizations have the same level of awareness, resources, or time to devote to their transition.
At ABC, we take this into account and call it the organization’s “maturity path.” Whether you are just discovering the world of low-carbon transition or are an expert on these topics, our goal is to support your process with training courses, enable you to collaborate with other organizations, and equip you with the tools you need. Our flagship tool, the Bilan Carbone®, has been the most widely used carbon accounting method in France since its creation in 2004. It’s up to you: browse our resources and, like more than 30 000 others before you, become a Bilan Carbone® trained!
Our mission: to work for the common good, supporting you on the path to transition with robust methods, training, and tools.
In 2022, the Association Bilan Carbone became the Association for Building the Low Carbon Transition, with the aim of going beyond carbon accounting by bringing together as many people and organizations as possible towards a common goal: a decarbonized, more sober, and fairer world.
This commitment is reflected internationally through the creation of lowcarbontransition.org, an international platform bringing together tools, resources, and practitioners working on low-carbon strategies.
It combines trusted methodologies with real-world experience shared by the community. Users can explore case studies, contribute resources, comment on practices, and connect through a global members directory.
Designed as a practical and collaborative space, the platform helps turn carbon accounting into concrete, actionable transition pathways.
We invite you to browse this space, where you can find all of kinds resources available for free download, and more to come such as: results of surveys conducted among climate sector stakeholders, summary reports concluding technical and forward-looking analyses, institutional brochures,…
You are also welcome to contribute in any way you seem fit : retelling of your experience as a carbon practionner, your approach as an institution looking to lower emissions, national methods or databases, etc.
Enjoy your visit!
